Tencys Launches its First AI Agent



At Tencys, we believe that technology should make work easier and more human, not the other way around. That’s why we’re proud to announce the launch of our first AI Agent, designed specifically for internal HR operations. This is a major step toward building smarter and more meaningful workplaces. This is also a major step to demonstrate to our partners our strong capabilities in building NextGen tech due to strong understanding of diverse industries.


What is an AI Agent?

An AI Agent is a digital assistant that can think, learn, and respond. It reads messages, takes action, and communicates just like a human—but faster and without delays. Built using advanced Large Language Model and Artificial Intelligence technologies, it helps with tasks that are often repetitive and time-consuming for HR teams.

This AI Agent supports HR professionals by handling routine conversations and actions, so they can focus on what matters most: strategy, people, and growth.

By building our own, we didn’t just adopt AI—we made it Tencys-native, so every message it sends feels like it comes from someone who deeply understands who we are and what we stand for.


Use Case Highlight – Redefining Candidate Engagement Through Feedback

One of the first and most meaningful experiences we developed was around interview feedback communication—a pain point faced by both candidates and companies. In many organizations, especially those hiring at scale, providing timely feedback to every candidate becomes a challenge. As a result, many applicants are left waiting for days, even weeks, without any clarity. Some never hear back at all, which can leave them feeling ignored, confused, and disheartened.


At Tencys, we wanted to change that.



Our AI Agent now sends personalized interview feedback—whether the candidate is selected or not—within hours of the final decision. It intelligently interprets the interview outcomes, selects the right tone and message, and delivers it with empathy and professionalism. All of this happens without any manual effort from our HR team.

Celebration Messages (Birthdays & Anniversaries)

Remembering and celebrating milestones is important. Our AI Agent will automatically send birthday wishes and work anniversary messages to employees. It will even suggest messages for managers to personalize the experience further.


Automated Policy Queries

Employees often have questions about leaves, reimbursements, insurance, or payroll. Instead of waiting for an HR response, they can now ask the AI Agent and get instant, accurate answers. It’s like having an HR support desk available 24/7.


Company-wide Announcements

Whenever there’s a policy update, event, or internal news, the AI Agent will deliver clear and friendly updates to all employees. It ensures that no one misses important information and keeps communication consistent across departments.


Employee Exit Process

During offboarding, the AI Agent will guide exiting employees through all necessary steps, share feedback forms, and ensure a smooth and respectful goodbye process. This helps maintain a positive relationship even as people move on.


Survey & Feedback Collection

The AI Agent will also conduct short pulse surveys and collect feedback on workplace experiences, anonymously if needed. This helps the HR team stay connected to employee sentiments in real-time.


What’s Next?

We are first using this AI Agent within Tencys to test and improve its features. We aim to refine it through real experiences and then roll out its first public version in the coming quarters.

We plan to reduce the HR communication effort by 90%, freeing our HR team from routine tasks and allowing them to become more strategic, thoughtful, and people-focused in their work.
